  • 11/04/03 Ilryong Moon, a Korean American, won election as one of three at-large members of the Fairfax County School Board in November 2003, receiving a total of 79,047 votes. He previously won election and served as Fairfax County School Board Member representing Braddock District 1995-1999. He lost re-election as School Board member and then served as Fairfax County Planning Commissioner (At-Large) 2000-2003. Mr. Moon is a partner of the law firm of Moon, Park & Associates. He received a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School.
